Idempotency contract
All mutating value calls require Idempotency-Key.
- same key + same request → replay first successful response
- same key + different request → reject
- tenant + operation + key is unique
Webhook integrity
HMAC-SHA256 + signed timestamp + five-minute recency window + event-ID dedupe.
